Kubinashi (Rihan's time) cosplay practice

As an apology for my recent absence, I'll show you something different: the results of my cosplay photoshoot as Kubinashi from Nurarihyon no Mago.

I have been drawing a lot as well, but mostly just sketches that I won't be uploading here. I'm slowly finishing all the owed artworks, gifts, contest prizes, and other unfinished drawings, comics, and stories, that I've started a long time ago. So, I haven't forgotten you, I'm just terribly slow..! *blames crazy work-hours*

Anyway, I was helping my family at our summer cottage today, and I thought it would be the perfect place to get some photos with my Kubinashi cosplay.
Just ignore all the stuff in the background, my dad was renovating the place..

Because we left in a rush, I wasn't able to search for all the stuff... So, I took the first scarf I could find, and my girly zori sandals. xD
Well, in some of the photos, Kubinashi is actually wearing waraji sandals instead, but they are way too large for me..! >_<
Anyway, whenever I wear this costume again, I'll find the right scarf and sandals too! ...and edit the haori sleeves, so that they look more Kubinashi-like. ^^

Also, my family was too busy to get that many photos of me this day... But even so, I was able to get all of these!!! Yay!
I'm definitely going to use some of these as a reference, while drawing. You are free to do so as well, as long as you credit me, and link back to this photo collage. ^^

I'm going to appear in the Animecon XI (2014), in Kuopio, Finland, wearing this costume (with the minor edits I mentioned). I'll just dye my hair a bit darker, so my ponytail works well with the wig, and perhaps get some cool colored contacts too. Find me there, and I'll show you some of my ayatori tricks!

I was supposed to do a completely different costume for myself.. But then I realized that I already own all the clothes needed for THIS costume, so I just bought the wig.. xD
And of course, that's just awesome for me, because I really love this character! (Expect lots of art about him in the future)
